Join us to understand correct technique, how to work smarter, not harder-- and what to do if your back hurts. You'll get individual attention, answers to your questions, practical experience and probably a few laughs.
There are many stages you might be at in this posture-- we will go through every stage to help you get the most out of your efforts. So whether you are currently working on shifting the weight to one leg and balancing, or touching your forehead to your knee (or anywhere in between!) this is the workshop for you.

You know when you think of a question in class, and then after class you totally forget it?Join Kay for a special 2-hour class where you can ask your burning questions right away! The heat will be a bit lower, we'll do 1-2 sets of each pose, and we will pause as needed in-between postures to work on technique, understanding and make sure you are getting the maximum benefit out of all your efforts.

During our Open House Weekend on June 8 and 9, join special guest teacher Sarah Newman for a special FREE beginners' workshop called "Bikram Basics!"
For first-timers, or anyone curious! If you like to break things down, if you have questions (or if you just want to hang out with Sarah!) this 2-hour workshop is for you. Even if you have been practicing for years you will definitely learn something.
If you have been wanting to give Bikram yoga a try but would like to "feel it out" first without the heat, this is your chance! Meet our friendly instructors, ask questions and get tips to help you through your first class.
