Audrey is a certified Bikram Yoga instructor who has been teaching this life-changing yoga since 2007. When she’s not in the hot room, she’s an educator and Professional Coach. As the founder of Fortitude & Flow with Audrey Holst, she helps clients find their inner fortitude so they can do amazing things in the world and inspire others to do the same.
