Full Locust strengthens the middle back (thoracic spine) helping to improve posture and prevent or relieve lumbago, arthritis symptoms and cervical spondylosis. It is effective at strengthening and toning the muscles of the back, hips, buttocks and legs. It massages abdominal organs, stimulating digestion and helping to alleviate menstrual problems, too. All that, in only 10-20 seconds!
